Rising Queens is focused on low-income people from all walks of life. Our goal is to help people from a holistic approach sustain a livable quality of life.

Tracy Dumas is the Founder of Rising Queens Inc, and she attended and graduated in 1988 from the Beloit School District.
During her earlier years in Beloit, Tracy worked at Walgreens Soda Fountain, Geri's Hamburger, Beloit Memorial Hospital and Chrysler Corp.
Tracy relocated to Florida in 2002.There she utilized her talent and skills as a Unit Clerk and Monitor Technician working at Orlando Regional Medical Center in the Burn & Trauma Unit. She worked several years as a Special Education Teacher in Polk County School District.
Tracy received her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Everest University in 2008. As well as, earning a dual Master Degree in Organization & Management and Human Service with a concentration in Social & Community Services in 2012 from Capella University.
She worked several years in management. Looking for a more rewarding career to utilize her degrees she Founded Living Out Unique Dreams L.O.U.D.
L.O.U.D was founded in 2011 as a nonprofit organization. The program was contracted by the State of Florida and the Department of Juvenile Justice, as a diversion program working with at-risk kids. The program was highly recognized and received grants. L.O.U.D continued to 2017.
Currently, Tracy is working as a Youth Advocate for the School District of Janesville.
Rising Queens was started because of her desire to bring positive change to her community and her passion to lead others to discover their own potential.
