Tracy Dumas, the founder of Rising Queens Inc., is a proud alumna of the Beloit School District, graduating in 1988. During her early years in Beloit, she gained invaluable experience working at Walgreens Soda Fountain, Geri's Hamburger, Beloit Memorial Hospital, and Chrysler Corp.
In 2002, Tracy relocated to Florida, where she utilized her diverse talents and skills. She worked at Orlando Regional Medical Center in the Burn & Trauma Unit as a Unit Clerk and Monitor Technician. Her dedication to education led her to become a Special Education Teacher in the Polk County School District, where she thrived in empowering students with unique needs.
Tracy's academic accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Everest University in 2008 and a dual Master’s Degree in Organization & Management and Human Services with a concentration in Social & Community Services from Capella University in 2012.
As a Master Licensed Child Welfare Specialist, Tracy has dedicated her career to supporting children and families in need. With extensive experience in management, she sought a career that aligned with her passion for serving others. In 2011, she founded Living Out Unique Dreams (L.O.U.D.), a nonprofit organization contracted by the State of Florida and the Department of Juvenile Justice. This diversion program worked with at-risk youth, earning recognition and grants for its impactful work until 2017.
Currently, Tracy is the owner and operator of R. Family Care Services LLC, R. Taxes LLC, and Rising Queens Inc. She is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Human Services with aspirations of becoming a motivational speaker and a global advocate for positive change, particularly for women from all walks of life.
Rising Queens Inc. was born out of Tracy's unwavering commitment to creating positive change in her community. Her passion for leadership and her dedication to helping others unlock their potential are the driving forces behind the organization’s success. Tracy continues to inspire, lead, and advocate for a brighter future for individuals and communities alike.
